I got lucky and picked up a couple of things of it when I was in Palo Alto a couple of weeks ago at Whole Foods Market. I will be going to LA in a week and picking up more, along with soy chocolate pudding. But you can easily substitue maple syrup, though I might use a little less because maple syrup is a bit sweeter.
