Midweek Munchies: What Cindy is contributing for the week Write your delicious contributions here I have to think about what I bought this week. It has been kind of a blur. It was Father’s Day, so most of what I bought was in support of Father’s Day Breakfast and Dinner. Local Corn Tortillas I think that is about it, that was definitely enough. Good stuff. Sorry the cheeses were a disappointment…

Looks like a good variety of groceries you have going on there. I am a vegan food blogger and MwMuncher also.
Do you choose gluten free for health reasons? Gluten free/ casein free to be specific? We do, that is why I ask.

I choose casein free because I am completely vegan or at least try to be. You never know where milk products have been hidden. I try to eat gluten-free as much as possible, though I haven’t been doing as well as I should and think that is why my eczema has been flaring up lately. Can’t think of any other reasons for the recent flare up. But I like to label things as gluten-free because I know a lot of people are gluten intolerant.
