Midweek Munchies: What Cindy is contributing for the week

Write your delicious contributions here

I have to think about what I bought this week. It has been kind of a blur.

It was Father’s Day, so most of what I bought was in support of Father’s Day Breakfast and Dinner.

Local Corn Tortillas
Organic Green Onions
Vegan Gourmet Mozzarella Cheese (1st time, didn’t really like it)
Vegan Gourmet Cheddar Cheese (see comment above)
Dagoba Chocolate Bar (1st time, loved it!)
A big thing of organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Organic Tomatoes
Organic Bananas
Organic white corn chips
Canned jalapenos
Red chili sauce
Rice Dream Chocolate covered ice cream bars
Sunspire Grain Sweetened chocolate chips
Bunny crackers
Spaghetti Noodles
Tomato Sauce
EnviroKidz peanut butter bars
Rice sour cream (1st time, it was good)
Vegan Rela Cheddar Cheese
Vegan Rela Mozzarella Cheese

I think that is about it, that was definitely enough.

  2. Looks like a good variety of groceries you have going on there. I am a vegan food blogger and MwMuncher also.

Do you choose gluten free for health reasons? Gluten free/ casein free to be specific? We do, that is why I ask.

  3. I choose casein free because I am completely vegan or at least try to be. You never know where milk products have been hidden. I try to eat gluten-free as much as possible, though I haven’t been doing as well as I should and think that is why my eczema has been flaring up lately. Can’t think of any other reasons for the recent flare up. But I like to label things as gluten-free because I know a lot of people are gluten intolerant.
